New Patient Instructions

NOTE - All new patients are required to pay $210 for the initial visit. We do NOT accept any insurance plan.
This $210 fee covers both the initial visit and one free follow-up visit.

Realistically, you will NOT be "fixed" in a single session. Most patients require 3 visits, and more chronic/severe patients require many sessions. After the second appointment, you can pay for one visit at a time.

STEP 1 - Please contact me via email
Please let us know what you are coming in for so we can assess if our clinic is right for you and which therapist(s) is most appropriate for what you need. It is helpful for us to know:

Description of problem, Duration, AGE, and previous treatments you have tried. If you try to schedule without sending this information, your appointment may be cancelled, and you can schedule again after you have emailed us.

STEP 2 - I will send you the Online Schedule link
We can typically send you the link within a couple of hours of receiving your email. Once you have the link, you can see the entire schedule and book whenever you want in the future.

Most weeks we see patients on TUES, FRI, SAT, SUN.

STEP 3 - Within a day of scheduling your first appointment, I will send you an email with directions and a registration form.

Returning Patient Scheduling

STEP 1 - Schedule on-line
Use the link that I have emailed or the button below. Notice that there is a waiting list button below the calendar in the scheduling tool. The waiting list may help you get in sooner when our schedule is filled up.

STEP 2 - Immediately after scheduling, you will receive an automated appointment confirmation at the email address that you specify. Please keep that email until after the appointment has occurred.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Cancellations typically occur when busy people with unpredictable schedules decide to make appointments several weeks in advance... please be mindful of your ability to commit to an appointment and only book in advance within the limits of your ability to predict your own schedule.
